An adult platform built in the EU · 18+ · coming 2027

Where every body says yes.

ConsensualPorn is being built around one rule: content exists only while every person in it holds an active, verified, revocable yes. Not a checkbox at upload, but a living record.

The premise

Consent is the data model, not the disclaimer.

On most adult sites nobody can say who is in a video, whether they agreed, or whether they still do. Here that question is the system: identity is verified through the EU's digital identity framework, every depicted person grants consent individually, and publication is simply what happens when every yes is in place. One missing yes keeps a video private. No exceptions, no override.

And a yes is never final. Any participant can revoke at any time, no reason required. The content goes dark that second, and a 30-day dispute window protects everyone else's work before anything is deleted for good.

How it works

The life of a video here.

  1. Step 1 · identity

    Prove you're a person, once

Verification through the EU Digital Identity Wallet confirms you're 18+ and one human, one account. Your papers are checked, never kept.

  2. Step 2 · consent

    Everyone in frame signs

Each participant grants consent per video, individually. Until the last yes lands, the video exists only as a private draft.

  3. Step 3 · publication

    Published, honestly labelled

Paid promotion and political content carry visible disclosure markers. Profiles show a verified EU country. What you see is declared.

  4. Step 4 · revocation

    Anyone can pull their yes

Revocation hides the video the moment it's made. A 30-day dispute window opens so the other participants aren't blindsided.

  5. Step 5 · resolution

Edited out, or gone for good

The publisher can edit the revoker out and the video returns at the same address. Otherwise it's deleted and can never be re-uploaded.

Protections

Trust is machinery, not a promise.

All of this is already built into the platform — for the people on camera and the people watching.

Verification without a filing cabinet

What we keep from verification is an age confirmation and a uniqueness key — never a copy of your ID.

Content fingerprinting

Removed means removed

Every removed video is fingerprinted, so re-uploads are recognized and blocked — even trimmed or re-encoded copies.

GDPR Art. 17 · right to erasure

Erasure that means it

Right-to-be-forgotten requests are honored within 30 days — including content you appear in, not just your account.

GDPR Art. 5(1)(e) · storage limitation

Your history has an expiry date

Watch history lives under retention limits. Export it or erase it whenever you like; anything older than six years is purged automatically.

Disclosure markers

Labels you can trust

Paid promotion and political content are declared right on the player, not buried in a description.

Sign-in alerts

You'll know if someone tries your door

Failed sign-in attempts are recorded, and you're told about them the next time you log in.
